How do I claim my Day One reward?

When LOQI launches, download the app and sign up with the exact same email address you used here. That's how we connect your waitlist spot to your account. Use a different email and you start over without your tier.

What's the difference between Originals, Pioneers, and Early Birds?

Originals (spots 1 to 75) start with 30 free coins. Pioneers (76 to 150) start with 15. Early Birds (151 to 300) start with 5. The earlier you join, the more coins you start with. All free.

What are coins, and what are Plus and Max?

Coins are what you spend when you ask for LOQI Recommendations. Everyone starts with 1, and Day Ones start with more. Pins, feed, sharing, friend and community recommendations, planner and date polls, up to 5 maps, and up to 3 photos per pin are free for everyone. Plus adds 5 LOQI Recommendation coins a month and higher map limits. Max adds 30 coins a month and unlimited maps. Plus and Max are ad-free, always.

How do I earn more coins?

Invite friends. Anyone who joins with your invite code gets 1 referral coin on top of their 1 starter coin, and follows you automatically. You get 1 coin for the invite. Coins never expire, so they stack up.

What if all 300 Day One spots are gone before I sign up?

Accepted Answer

You join the General Waitlist (spots 301 and up). When LOQI launches you get an invite before the public release. Plus if any Day One spots open up (someone doesn't claim within 90 days), they go to the waitlist in order. Your spot still matters.

Can I give my tier to a friend?

Accepted Answer

No. Coin rewards are tied to the email you signed up with and the person who claims them in the app. Keeps things fair, no reselling spots.

Is my email safe?

Can I leave the waitlist?
